When a visitor decides to come to your MLM website and check out your racing gear, you want to actively engage them or give them ways to interact with your website content; click and watch a video, take a survey, leave a comment, subscribe to website updates, express their opinion or give a suggestion.
Why is this important? Because the more they interact with your content, the longer they have to think about your MLM product or service. And the more ways you give them to "stay in touch" the more opportunities you have to bring them back to your website when you add new information for their benefit. Unless a person has an immediate, urgent need for something, they will not purchase something the first time they learn about it. Another good use of interactive content is "live support" which allows your visitors to ask questions directly to a representative about your MLM product or service before they purchase or after the purchase if they are having a problem.
You have to use interactive content wisely or it will confuse and irritate your visitors. If the minute your website appears, audio music starts playing or a person begins to talk before your visitor has even seen what the site is about, they may exit your website and never return. Always give your visitors the option to play the audio or video or not.
Using the social media applications that link your website to their feeds is a good way to interact with your visitors when they are away from your website. Installing the buttons that allow your visitors to "follow" can keep them updated in real-time when you are offering special promotions or publish a newsflash related to the products or services that they are interested in.
